Buzz Ordering & Shipping Policies

Buzz E-Bikes is the operator of (https://www.buzzbicycles.com) ("Website"). By placing an order through this Website, you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.
1. Product Availability
Ordering is subject to stock availability. In rare occurrences we may not be able to fulfill your order at the time of purchase or in one shipment due to volume of orders or stock discrepancies. If this occurs, we will let you know when we expect the item in inventory. You have the option for us to ship your order when it’s available or process a refund.
2. Shipping
We ship to US addresses only. Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. This cost will be displayed to you at checkout and collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer. Any Free Shipping promotions that are offered are available to the Continental United States only and are shipped via Home Delivery (ground) or freight.
2.1 Processing Time
Orders are usually turned over to the freight carrier within 1-2 business days of placing your order. Our warehouse operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
2.2 Transit Time
Buzz E-Bikes have lithium batteries and therefore ship only via Fed Ex Home Delivery or Fed Ex Freight to the lower 48 states. Buzz E-Tricycles ship via freight and cannot be delivered to some residential addresses. The boxes are large and heavy and may be delivered curb side. Business addresses are preferred with a shipping dock. Please contact us if you have concerns on receiving your shipment.
Shipping transit timeframes start after the order is processed and vary based on location and service selected. Below are typical shipping timeframes:

2.3 P.O. Box Shipping
Buzz is unable to ship to P.O. box addresses.
2.4 Tracking Notifications
Upon transfer to our shipping carriers, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
COVID-19 Alert: Please allow 3-4 business days for tracking to update. Tracking information is experiencing delays for most carriers. Shipments sometimes proceed without a tracking update. Information is limited for packages that have left our facility. The increase in shipping demands has caused some delays in tracking updates and some delays in distribution hubs. While a package may appear to have stalled, in most cases, it is still in transit. Shipping service providers may experience additional delays and restrictions in shipping due to increased shipping demands and regional quarantine restrictions. |
2.5 Parcels Damaged In Transit
If your order arrives damaged from the carrier, contact Huffy within 72 hours at support@buzzbicycles.com.
If parts are missing or damaged, please contact our Service Team at service@buzzbicycles.com.
3. Sales Tax
Sales tax has already been applied to your order as displayed on the website during checkout.
4. Returns
Returns are only accepted on product purchased directly from BuzzBicycles.com. All product returns must be made within 30 days of purchase, using the original packaging material. The customer is responsible for all return shipping and handling fees. Returned products must be in new, unused condition. Contact Buzzy at support@buzzbicycles.com to receive a return authorization number and return shipping information.

5. Warranty
Buzz Bicycles are backed by the following warranties:
2-year limited warranty for the following components:
Electric mid-drive motor, 36V Samsung battery, LCD control panel and electric assist quick control remote panel are covered by a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects for year period from the date of purchase. Wear and tear not covered under warranty.
10- year limited warranty for aluminum frame:
Aluminum frame is covered by a 10-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects for year period from the date of purchase. Wear and tear not covered under warranty.
6-month limited warranty for the following components:
Remaining bike components (forks, stem, handlebar, headset, seat post, saddle, brakes, lights, bottom bracket, crank set, pedals, rims, wheel hub, freewheel, cassette, derailleur, shifter, wiring harness, kickstand, reflectors/lights and hardware) are covered by a 6-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects for year period from the date of purchase. Wear and tear not covered under warranty.
6. Cancellations
Buzz processes orders quickly, shipping from our distribution centers as soon as possible. If you need to cancel an order, you must contact Buzz within ONE HOUR of placing the order. Send us an email at support@buzzbicycles.com, as quickly as possible with “Order Cancellation” in the Subject Line. Cancellations made after one hour may not be accepted due to order processing.
