Ship Address, Process & Method

Buzz makes the shipping process as smooth as possible, using FedEx Ground or Freight delivery, depending on the product purchased. More below!

Ship Address

We ship to street addresses in the 48 contiguous states. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.

Process

Our warehouses operate standard business hours, Monday – Friday, except major holidays. We try to ship orders as quickly as possible and typically process orders for FedEx (see details below) within 1 - 2 days.

Method

Buzz electric products have lithium batteries which require shipment via FedEx to your home. FedEx Ground is used for E-bikes and accessories; FedEx Freight is used for E-trikes.
The Buzz Cerana T E-trike, a relatively large product, is pre-assembled as much as possible for your convenience. Due to the large carton size, FedEx requires freight shipping for this product. The carton, shaped liked a "T," is roughly: 60" x 34' x 29".

Tracking

Once your order is transferred to the shipping carrier, you will receive a Tracking Link to follow the progress of the shipment, based on updates provided by the carrier.

Delivery

Shipping timeframes vary based on volume, location, and delivery method. Typical shipping timing is shown below.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the items and order destination. This cost is displayed at checkout and collected with the purchase. NOTE: Any active shipping promotions will be applied towards home delivery via ground or freight shipments to the 48 continuous states.

DIY Assembly

Buzz can help you assemble your product! Follow these steps:

  • Once you unpack your box and pull out the Owner’s Manual.
  • Is everything there? Great! If not, let us know!
  • Start charging your battery!
  • Start the Assembly Video! (Of course, you can follow the steps in the manual if you prefer!)

Folding E-bike Assembly

Charter F:

The Buzz Charter F requires minimal installation upon delivery – 3 simple steps to assemble and then you can charge your bike and begin riding! When your Charter F arrives:

  1. Unfold the top tube and stem/handlebars and lock them into place.
  2. Follow your instruction manual to install the pedals
  3. Adjust the seat to your height and #BuzzThroughLife

Centris:

The Buzz Centris requires minimal installation upon delivery – 3 simple steps to assemble and then you can charge your bike and begin riding! When your Centris arrives:

  1. Unfold the top tube and stem/handlebars and lock them into place.
  2. Unfold the pedals by twisting them into place
  3. Adjust the seat to your height and #BuzzThroughLife

Assembly Videos

PROFESSIONAL ASSEMBLY SERVICE

If you prefer the convenience of professional E-bike assembly, Buzz can help. Buzz is a partner of Beeline Connect, a nationwide network of independent bike shops ready to assemble your new Buzz product.

How it Works

During the checkout process, your zip code will trigger a search for Beeline locations near you. If Beeline has locations nearby, they will be displayed, along with the $100 assembly fee. You select the location of your choice and proceed through the checkout process.

If locations are not available in your area, this option will not appear.

Beeline Connect stays in touch with you throughout the process. For your protection, your order number and a valid government issued ID are required when at pick up.

2-year Electrical Component Warranty keeps you Buzzing

The 2-year warranty covers the electric components of your model, including the motor, battery, LCD control panel and electric assist remote control panel for two years from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects. The limited warranty does not cover wear and tear.

10-year Aluminum Frame Warranty, because it is built to last

The 10-year warranty covers the aluminum frame from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects. The limited warranty does not cover wear and tear.

6-month Bike Component Warranty covers all your essentials

The 6-month warranty covers the following components from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects: Fork, stem, handlebar, headset, seat post, saddle, brakes, lights, bottom bracket, crank set, pedals, rims, wheel hub, freewheel, cassette, derailleur, shifter, wiring harness, kickstand, reflectors/lights and hardware. The limited warranty does not cover wear and tear.

Return Policy

Sometimes things do not work out as planned. We understand and we’re here to help. More below!

Returns are only accepted on product purchased directly from BuzzBicycles.com. All product returns must be made within 30 days of purchase, using the original packaging material. The customer is responsible for all return shipping and handling fees. Returned products must be in new, unused condition. Contact Buzz at support@buzzbicycles.com to receive a return authorization number and return shipping information.

Rider Size

Although our products have been used by riders weighing 200 to 300 pounds, we do not test or calculate the maximum weight bearing levels. Rider comfort, an important consideration, is typically impacted more by the rider's height than the rider's weight. Buzz E-bikes are designed to comfortably fit most adults, with low step-over frames for easy on and off.
Helpful Hint! Do not forget to adjust the seat up or down to make sure the seat is at the right height for riding. To find the right height extend one leg down to the "six o'clock" position, leaving a slight bend in the knee, and bend the other leg in the "3:00" position, with your knee over the ball of the foot.

Product and Battery Spec

Your Buzz product has a convenient Lithium-Ion battery, similar to your smartphone. Plug it in whenever it is convenient for you to re-charge; no need to wait until it is full out of juice.
